Corey Lane has been operating hospitality venues at a high level for nearly two decades. Lane started out his hospitality career managing some of NYC’s most notable venues such as Bond St, The Park and Pink Elephant. In 2006, Lane launched 13th Street Entertainment hospitality company, as a managing partner. 13th Street Entertainment’s first installation was Kiss & Fly nightclub, located in NYC’s notorious Meatpacking District and was one of the top night clubs of its decade regularly drawing NYC’s chic taste-makers and socialites. Kiss & Fly featured a regular rotation of local and international house music DJs. Kiss & Fly drew attention beyond New York City with pops ups in Ibiza, Miami and Cannes and went on to become a premier nightclub brands in Brazil with locations in Sao Paolo, Brasília, Porto Alegre and Florianopolis. Lane and 13th Street Entertainment followed up Kiss & Fly in 2008 with the famed St Tropez inspired restaurant, Bagatelle, where the joie de vivre way of life flowed with its infamous champagne brunch parties and bustling DJ driven dinners. When Bagatelle merged with The One Group in 2011 Lane successfully launch his French bistro, Beaumarchais, in the same location to immediate success. Beaumarchais featured weekly sold out “Beau Brunches” Beaumarchais expanded to an East Hampton seasonal location, bringing the joie de vivre way of life to The Hamptons. In 2009, Lane and 13th Street Entertainment launched their ultra-lounge, RDV, which quickly become the go-to spot for NYC scenesters and celebrities.
In 2016, Lane took over the food & beverage venues at The Hotel on Rivington where he successfully launched Jia lounge, a boutique-size club that drew large crowds and attracted top local & international DJs. Lane followed up Jia at The Hotel on Rivington with the Mediterranean restaurant Café Medi. Again, Lane brought his life-style restaurant concept making Café Medi one of the hottest dinning destinations on the LES.
In 2018, Lane made the move to Brooklyn as the Food & Beverage Director for The Williamsburg Hotel where he quickly grew out their entire food & beverage platform by developing and launching three venues throughout the hotel: TWH Restaurant & Lobby Bar, The Water Tower bar and TWH Rooftop. Lane’s activations helped make TWH the highest grossing f&b hotel in Brooklyn. There, Lane regularly collaborated with the top Brooklyn based DJs as well as prominent international DJ talent such as Solomon, Rüfüs Du Sol, and Blond-ish.
In 2019 Lane nested in London in where he helped develop and launch Jeru Mayfair, a chic pan-Mediterranean restaurant located on the iconic Berkeley Street, helmed by Israeli Michelin chef, Roy Ner. Jeru Mayfair was one of the hottest opening in London in 2020 and has gained a reputation as one of the premiere culinary venues in Mayfair, frequented by both foodies and scenester.
Post-covid - as the hospitality industry was coming back, Lane joined forces with celebrity chef Todd English to re-open his established venues in Las Vegas, The Bahamas, Epcot Center, Boston, Washington DC and the Mohegan Sun Resort as well as developed and launch his first signature hotel, The English Hotel, located in The Art’s District, Las Vegas and developed his nine-unit Todd English Food Hall in the newly opened Abu Dhabi airport.
In early 2022, Lane returned to London to oversee the expansion of Jeru’s now award-wining private event spaces and create their new entertainment dining room and lounge, featuring top local DJs and live acts too create an enriched dinning experience to pair with Chef Roy’s Michelin level menu. Lane has recently partnered Jeru to expand the brand in the US.
